I love the howling coyote on this necklace . . . he just has so much character! He looks like he’s grinning, like the old trickster he is. The pendant is red jasper and I’ve paired it with green (rather than blue) turquoise on a twist on a classic Southwest color scheme. Sterling silver melon beads, red jasper lantern beads, and round fossil coral beads complete this long hand-knotted necklace. Including the Bali silver clasp, this necklace is about 25 inches long, and is strung on silk. The turquoise is Chinese and has been stabilized.
